We ship with Australia Post and you can track your orders once they are dispatched by logging in to your Zakkia account. Orders will be shipped within 2-3 business days.
If you need something urgently please let us know in the comments box on your order and we will do our best to help you get your order when you need it. Delivery times will vary depending on your location, with regional areas often taking a bit longer.
We ship anywhere! If there is no delivery quoted for your country please email us and we will calculate a shipping price for you. All international customers are responsible for any duties and import taxes incurred and any return shipping costs.

All transactions are processed in AUD. We accept Visa and MasterCard or PayPal. We do not accept personal or corporate cheques, or cash.
It's OK to change your mind! We accept returns within 5 days of you receiving your order. We will issue a full refund as long as the item is in its original condition with the invoice. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for any returns, and we will get back to you with instructions. Tasteology is not responsible for the return shipping cost.
All of our products are made by hand therefore there may be slight variations in every piece. These variations are part of the handmade beauty and not considered a fault. We try to accurately display all product images to represent the final finish, however if there is a significant discrepency between the representation and the finished product please contact us to arrange a replacement or credit.
We inspect and pack our products carefully to ensure that you receive them in perfect condition. If you do receive a damaged item please contact us at email@example.com within 5 days of receiving your order to arrange a replacement.
