- Rim your glass with honey and press shredded coconut and TASTEOLOGY Great Barrier Reef Chilli Salt.
- Place mint leaves and lime wedge into the glass and muddle until mint is fragrant and lime is juiced.
- Fill glass to the top with ice.
- Pour lime juice, TASTEOLOGY Coconut Pineapple Syrup and rum into the glass and top with pineapple coconut juice.
- Gently stir.
