- 40ml TASTEOLOGY Lemon Myrtle Syrup
- 60ml Soda Water
- TASTEOLOGY Great Barrier Reef Citrus Salt
- Citrus Granules (from TASTEOLOGY Cocktail Garnishing Kit)
- Fresh Lemon, sliced and a rind
- Champagne to top
- Ice Cubes
Vessle | Champagne / Cocktail glass
Garnish | Dipped Lemon rind on cocktail stick
- Fill glass half way with ice cubes and lemon slices. Add TASTEOLOGY Lemon Myrtle Syrup and soda and stir to combine.
- Fill the rest of the glass with champagne.
- Dip a lemon rind in a mixture of TASTEOLOGY Great Barrier Reef Citrus Salt and Lemon Granules and skewer on a cocktail stick to garnish the top of the cocktail glass.
