- Mix together TASTEOLOGY Great Barrier Reef Citrus Salt and Citrus Granules on a plate.
- Rim the glass with lemon wedge and dip into the salt and granules mixture.
- Pour lemon juice, vodka and TASTEOLOGY Lemon Myrtle Syrup into a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Fill the glass with ice and strain the cocktail into the glass.
- Top with lemon soda water.
- Garnish with a lemon peel twist.
