- Preheat oven to 200°C and line a baking tray with baking paper.
- Whisk egg.
- Combine bread crumbs, TASTEOLOGY Great Barrier Reef Garlic Salt, TASTEOLOGY Black Pepper and parmesan cheese in a bowl and mix.
- Dip zucchini in the flour, then the egg and finally into the bread crumb mixture. Place coated zucchini onto prepared tray.
- Bake them for approximately 15 minutes or until they are a nice golden brown colour. Cooking time will vary with the thickness of your zucchini strips, so keep a close eye.
They are a perfect side to any dish, delicious and easy to make.
